Job Summary:
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Trnsact, you will play a pivotal role in welcoming new clients to our platform and ensuring they have a smooth, positive experience as they begin their journey with us. Your primary goal will be to increase product adoption and enable our customers' success through in-depth product understanding, personalized onboarding sessions, and continuous support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized onboarding sessions with new customers, including product tours, setup assistance, and implementation guidance.
- Understand the specific needs and goals of each customer to tailor the onboarding experience and product setup accordingly.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to customers to optimize their use of our platform, ensuring a quick and successful path to achieving their business objectives.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges customers may face during the onboarding process, including technical problems, knowledge gaps, or implementation hurdles.
- Work closely with the customer support team to resolve any post-onboarding issues, ensuring a seamless transition and continued customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of the onboarding process and overall platform.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in a B2B customer-facing role such as customer service, account management, sales, or customer success. Experience in a SAAS product environment is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information and empathize with customers.
- High emotional intelligence, with a proven track record of building strong customer relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and a goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving customer success.
- Advanced technical proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software tools.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
