We are looking for talented technical support representatives to join our growing team and provide dependable customer service that is the foundation of our company. You will be supporting end users during troubleshooting activities as well as interacting directly with operating systems, hardware, and software. We value our employees and encourage each person to contribute ideas for improvement in both daily procedures and long-term goals.
Duties and Scope:
Provide daily support to users of various computer systems including answering questions, analyzing problems, and quickly forming solutions to return systems to proper operation.
Communicate clearly and effectively with end users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of daily interactions with customers, installation activities, reported issues, and completed solutions along with any further actions required of management or repair personnel.
Collaborate with the wrrk team to improve processes and outcomes
Required skills:
You must have a minimum of 1 year of online customer service experience in a high-volume, dynamic and metrics-driven environment
Comfortable and able to provide phone support
You must have access to a dedicated, quiet work space
Experience with Zendesk or any other helpdesk software
Experience with Slack or any other online communication tool
Remote work experience is a plus
