Digital Form Design Associate

Device Magic is a profitable, scaling SaaS startup located in downtown Raleigh, NC whose Mobile Forms product helps teams collect information with their phones and tablets. Banks, breweries, engineers, truckers, market researchers, charities and tattoo parlors use us every day to make their work easier.

We are looking to fill a position for a Digital Form Design Associate. The role will collaborate with multiple teams across the business: develop solutions for customers to help them extract the most value for their businesses. This entry level position has opportunity for growth within the company.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

• English proficiency

• Ability to manage multiple projects

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and excited about working at a fast-paced startup

Responsibilities

• Convert paper forms to Device Magic equivalents

• Create custom templates accurately in Microsoft Word

• Assist in developing diverse workflows

• Timely, professional project delivery
