Technical Program Manager (B2B SaaS)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our dynamic team at Hostfully. As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional programs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services to our customers.

Our customers are short term rental and vacation rental managers who manage between 5-1,000 properties. They rely on Hostfully’s platform to run their business, including:

• Instant distribution across leading bookings platforms Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Google
• Streamline and automate operations
• Automate and ease communications with travelers and owners

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key programs and projects within Hostfully, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams, to define program scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues to ensure program success.
• Drive cross-functional coordination and communication, foster collaboration, and facilitate decision-making to drive program outcomes and achieve desired results.
• Monitor and track program progress, milestones, and KPIs, and provide regular updates and reports to executive leadership and stakeholders on program status, performance, and impact.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of program management processes, methodologies, and best practices, and contribute to enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing complex programs and projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of program management methodologies, best practices, and tools, with the ability to develop and execute program plans, manage budgets, and drive results.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence outcomes.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and drive decisions based on data and insights.
• Experience in the software industry, SaaS, or technology sector is highly desirable.

• Experience with short term rental property management is a plus

• Hostfully's co-founders are based in San Francisco and we are a completely remote team. For this role, we are searching for someone who is near the EST timezone, or in Europe to make it easier to schedule and plan meetings. Our development team is located in the US, Canada, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, France, Poland, Kosovo, the Czech Republic, Turkey.
