UX Product Manager

Hardbacon, a growing financial technology company that is about to close a major financing round on FrontFundr, is looking for a UX Product Manager. This is an incredible opportunity for anyone who strives to grow as an intrapreneur and wants to revolutionize the financial services industry.

Under the supervision of the CEO, the successful candidate will be tasked with conducting user experience research to improve the product, create specifications for developers, and create wireframes and designs.

The successful candidate will be called upon to:

Be the voice of the user within the team
Analyze customer support tickets and customer feedback to improve our products
Do user experience tests
Build accurate specifications for the development team

Desired profile

Product management experience
Experience in creating product specifications
Ability to create wireframes and designs
Knowledge of Jira software an asset
Interest in personal finances
