Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Realtor Recruiter at Cher®. The Realtor Recruiter will be responsible for conducting Realtor interviews, identifying and acquiring top-performing real estate agents and making successful offers towards the recruiting goals. Additionally, the Realtor Recruiter will monitor the recruitment pipelines, prepare job descriptions, analyze the effectiveness of the recruitment strategies, and evaluate the performance of current recruiting processes.
Compensation
Commission on every transaction closed from recruited Realtor along with percentage of subscription that Realtor signs up.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in recruiter roles or related positions, such as staffing coordinators, sales representatives, or talent acquisition specialists
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and maintain professional relationships with agents, company executives, and employees
Effective organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to collect market data, analyze recruitment trends, and adjust strategies based on outcomes
Knowledge of latest recruitment laws and regulations, and ability to apply them to the company’s hiring practices
Excellent computer skills including the ability to use standard office software tools, online recruitment tools, and social media platforms
A Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or any similar field
