About the role
We are looking for ambitious Recruiting Coordinators to join our Recruiting Operations team. You will play a substantial role in building and supporting the entire recruiting infrastructure from the ground up. This role will provide you with a wide range set of responsibilities in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.
At Applied Intuition, you will:
- Support our recruiting team in coordinating candidate interviews (phone, virtual, & in-person) for all open roles
- Streamline the interview process from end-to-end to ensure that candidates have an amazing experience
- Evaluate and recommend recruitment strategies and solutions to make our processes more efficient, including interview training, funnel analytics, and enablement content
- Partner with sourcers & recruiters to support university career fairs & industry recruiting events
We're looking for someone who has:
- A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Experience in an operational position that works with cross-functional team members
- Experience in roles that require a high bar for customer service
- Experience working in an environment that requires for continuous process improvements
Nice to have:
- Experience working on or closely with a recruiting team
- Experience program managing events and tasks to completion
The salary range for this position is $65,000 USD to $400,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices.
