We are a fast growing start-up company looking to bring on an HR Manager to the team! TalentPop is a Los Angeles based Customer Service Management Agency that helps fast growing e-commerce businesses provide an exceptional customer service experience at a very affordable price. E-Commerce is booming right now (and only projected to grow more) and businesses need customer service support right now more than ever. If you are looking to get your feet wet in the E-Commerce industry or be a part of a growing start-up company please read the following:
We are considering candidates with the following qualifications:
- 1+ years of HR/Payroll experience
- 1+ years of Hiring/Recruitment experience
- 1+ years of Leadership/Management experience
- E-Commerce experience is a plus
- Start-up experience is a plus
- Business development experience is a plus
- Living in the Los Angeles area
Roles and responsibilities:
Managing Recruitment (75%): This includes posting job ads, reviewing initial interviews, conducting final interviews, creating and sending out important candidate documents, following up with candidates, client-candidate matchmaking
Employee Payouts (15%): This is pretty self explanatory! Ensuring our employees get paid out.
Admin/Misc (10%): Responding to emails, adding files to our Google Drive, creating documents/spreadsheets, and other misc tasks.

- Adaptable/nimble, can wear multiple hats
- Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and diving right in
- A self-starter with a proven ability to execute, both individually and as part of a team

- Comfortable receiving and providing feedback
- Looking to be a part of a growing business
Compensation/Benefits:
- $3500 monthly with growth opportunities
