The Role:
We are looking to partner with an entrepreneur who has a background of at least four years as a top performing technical recruiter for startups in the Bay Area.
We have a business idea/blueprint that we're extremely bullish on and we're looking to partner with a rockstar to execute this business.
This is a remote company and you will be a Co-Founder & CEO which means that you'll have a tremendous amount of freedom and autonomy.
Location:
You’re welcome to work from anywhere but you must be on a U.S. timezone.
Qualifications:
• 4-8+ years of experience as a top performing technical recruiter for startups

• You're relentless, passionate and extremely hard-working
• You have an extreme growth mentality: you love learning new things and are constantly looking for ways to improve yourself and any business that you're a part of

• You thrive in early-stage startup environments that are fast-paced and unstructured
• You are a clear and direct communicator (both written and verbal) - this is critical because our company is fully remote

More About Us:
Our team used to run the special projects group at DoorDash. We have built a wide variety of bootstrapped consumer and B2B businesses and have become extremely adept at spinning up new businesses in a matter of days or weeks.
Some of our greatest strengths include ideating, building websites, growth, automation, hiring/outsourcing, sales, operations, and building scalable processes.
