Paid Search Specialist

Flayr makes booking a makeup artist and hair stylist as easy as booking a hotel. The other side is we make it easy for freelance makeup artists to get gigs.

Why we have this role @ Flayr
At Flayr, your main focus will be driving growth. You will be running our paid search campaigns. And although we call Australia home, we've also got an eye overseas. As such, you'll also be responsible for creating and running campaigns in our overseas markets.

Requirements

• Take the lead and execute the paid search program
• Manage the daily operations of campaign planning, activation and measurement
• Collaborate on conversion rate optimisation opportunities including landing page development
• Create and manage an experimentation roadmap to create & develop learnings
• Feed insights from search data back to the team to guide product development

About You

• 2-3+ years industry experience with hands-on implementation of paid search
• Experience in building and executing performance marketing programs that deliver company growth
• Working experience with Google stack including SA360 + Analytics
• Excellent written and communication skills, including performance copywriting
• The ability to work to a brief & tight deadlines
