THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Performance Marketer to work along side our Growth Marketing Manager to grow Atelier's customer base through thoughtful and data-driven campaigns and initiatives.
This is a new role for the Growth Team, where you have the opportunity to build, run and optimise Atelier's campaigns across multiple channels; you will be directly involved in finding and attracting new leads. If you live and breathe working in the likes of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads, this role is for you.
You’ll oversee and analyse campaigns through testing keywords, audiences and content to improve conversion rates. As you run campaigns, you’ll reach some of the coolest brands every month and have a big impact on our revenue growth.
This role will require close cross-functional partnerships across all internal teams including Engineering and Design.
- You will strategise, develop and monitor campaigns and A/B experiments across Performance Marketing channels including; SEM (Search, Display, SEO), Paid Social (Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube etc.), Affiliate marketing,
- Research, track and monitor performance of keywords, content and audience targeting to optimise and improve CVRs.
- Report and analyse key performance metrics through Google Analytics and Data Studio
- Support Growth Team to improve acquisition and retention campaigns to optimise ROAS, CAC, LTV etc.
