Koala is a business that was started around the fundamentals of experimentation & testing to achieve growth. As the business scales to new product verticals & regions, the business is looking to refocus on its grassroots culture to make sure we are increasing our impact on the furniture industry.

As a Senior Growth Marketer, you will be taking ownership over a new Growth Squad. This person will be responsible for working across Product, Digital & Marketing to accelerate the growth trajectory of existing and soon-to-be products in-market.

What key responsibilities does this role have @ Koala?
● Identify and diversify ways to profitably drive acquisition, conversion, Lifecycle and referral for products.

● Building and testing capabilities across new/existing channels (paid social, sponsored content, retargeting, SEO/SEM, etc.).

● Create actionable data insights to build an ideation pipeline.

● Working with Digital to drive CRO on-site.

● Lead a squad of growth professional/s.

● Execute high value growth initiatives.

● Measurement and reporting of growth outcomes.

Ideal background…
● 5+ years’ experience as a Growth/Performance/Digital Marketer, and relevant tertiary-level qualification preferred.

● Excellent understanding of Digital Marketing & Growth principles (marketing mix, optimisation tactics, CRO, SEO, CRM etc).

● Experience working with Optimizely or other A/B / Multi-variant testing platforms.

● Has been a part of a growth team environment before, preferably in e-commerce.

● People management - experience leading squads/teams in the past.

● High level of Commercial acumen.

● Ability to effectively communicate and engage with multiple stakeholders.
