The opportunity
We’re on the hunt for a data-driven digital marketer to join the growing marketing team at Like Family. It’s hands-on role that will allow you to be use your expertise across SEM, Display, SEO, Youtube and more to run, test and optimise cross channel campaigns that deliver. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll also grow strategically with this opportunity to work in a flat-structured team working together to smash our common goals.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the Head of Marketing to develop and deliver a cross channel marketing strategy and roadmap that drives brand presence and scalable growth in acquisition and conversion
- Own the paid search and paid social channels; setting targets and budgets, guide and advise external support (agency/freelance); brief and manage delivery of assets
- Run, test and optimise campaigns to achieve growth targets
- Track, measure and report on campaign ROI
- Track insights into customer decision journeys and intent by customer segmentation and use the data to provide recommendations to enhance the customer experience
- Lead A/B testing and onsite and landing page optimisation and personalisation
- Build brand and customer loyalty with reviews, referral, ambassador and loyalty programs
- Support partnerships lead generation programs with multi channel marketing campaigns
- Project manage cross functional campaigns, working collaboratively with the marketing team and other stakeholders to meet deadlines
The ideal candidate will have
- A genuine passion for helping others lead fulfilling lives
- Bachelor in marketing, communications or similar
- Minimum 3 years experience in a performance, e-commerce, or general marketing role
- A data-driven and analytical mindset
- An extreme interest in understanding customer needs
- Proven experience delivering ROI on cross channel campaigns
- Sound understanding of drivers of performance across internal and external marketing channels to achieve awareness engagement, acquisition, conversion and retention goals
- Experience in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ad Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Google Optimize, Hubspot, and Prismic advantageous
- Experience and exposure with A/B testing highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple streams of work at once
