Location: Hong Kong (Candidate should be currently residing in Hong Kong)

Kristal Private Market (“KPM”) is a business line of Kristal.AI, with a mission to democratize access to curated, high-quality pre-IPO investment opportunities in the private markets space and enhance liquidity in the segment.

We are looking for an individual with leadership qualities and a passion for pre-IPO investment business, to drive the origination, structuring and syndication of such investment opportunities in the Middle East region.

Key responsibilities to include:

• Syndicate pre-IPO secondary and primary investment opportunities in the Greater China region
• Collaborate with teams internally to structure and launch a KPM deal
• Engage with relevant startup companies for primary fund raising possibilities
• Engage with founders, senior executives and other investors of these pre-IPO companies and work towards enabling potential secondary placements
• Global asset focus while maintaining investor focus in the relevant region of coverage
• Develop deeper understanding of company structure, business model, valuation, investor base and other relevant aspects of the private markets ecosystem
• Explore investment opportunities around equity, debt or hybrid structures
• Pitch investment ideas together with other client advisors and broader KPM team

Ideal candidate should have:

• MBA/CFA or equivalent educational qualification
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience within IB/VC/PB setup
• Strong ability to network with relevant client / investor segment in the Greater China region
• Existing network of EAMs/Wealth advisors, family offices and HNI investors in the region
• Self-driven with deal origination and execution capabilities
• Strategic and analytical mindset to make data-driven decisions
• Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and technology driven high growth platform
• The candidate should be currently based out of Hong Kong
