Merchant Operations Executive

Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Merchant Operations Executive. Well organized, flexible and enjoys the challenge of delivering on time. Has the ability to work in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Good communication skills, attention to detail and integrity are critical for this position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Make collection calls and emails to follow up on outstanding receivables from Hong
• Handling billing related queries from merchant or refer them to related department
• Performing Ad hoc duties as required

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Good oral and written communication skills
• To be thorough and pay attention to detail
• Fast and independent worker with a high level of integrity
• To be able to use a computer and the main software packages competently
• Applicants who are immediate starters or with short notice are highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese
