About this role
Matter365 is hiring a pre-sales consultant who will play a fundamental role in helping to design solutions for our customers and to aid in the onboarding of our channel partners. You must be comfortable with navigating ambiguity, highly self-driven, and truly customer-centric. You will be a core contributor in both our direct sales and channel sales motions.

As the first pre-sales consultant, this is a high-impact role.

In your first three months you will:
• Learn everything you can about our product and how to sell it to clients from a value-based, technical perspective
• Co-lead technical demo calls with the support of our customer success team

  • Provide pre-sales technical support to our customers

In your first six months you will:
• Lead technical demo calls

  • Provide onboarding and enablement support to our channel partners (VARs, MSPs, CSPs)

What you bring to the team:
• 5+ years experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering and/or account management within the e-commerce and/or online advertising industry
• Ability to skillfully articulate business value and impact to customers by preparing and conducting demonstrations, POCs and technical sales presentations
• Extensive experience in channel partner engagements
• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience in software
• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment, tech or software company
