The Customer Success Associate should have a strong desire to help businesses succeed. We’re a startup, so this person should be okay with challenging the process and status quo, wearing many hats, and excited about a career in this industry.


What we are looking for:
BA Degree or equivalent related experience 1-2+ years supporting customers, ideally through a technology platform

Prior experience interacting with small business owners, with an understanding of their operations

Experience taking and consuming health and wellness activities

Strong communication skills and comfort level with content and writing emails

Prior experience finding and nurturing local influencers

Experience technology platforms to enhance program effectiveness

Passion for the wellness industry



What you will be up to:

Support health and wellness business owners

Plan, organize, and manage ways to make these customers successful

Increase customer satisfaction through support, consulting, and education

Answer support tickets in a timely manner

Have a sense of urgency to make customers successful on the platform
