XILO is a fast growing startup that's helping insurance agencies compete with digital insurance companies by providing them with the same user experiences and backend automation that these insurTechs have. With customers all over the US, we're leveling the playing field for insurance agencies to compete in the digital era.
The objective of the incoming sales manager is to assist our sales team in scaling and maintaining quota consistently month over month. Along with creating a system for weekly detailed tracking of KPI reports and also a consistent process for weekly sales training for the team to help account executives and development reps grow in their positions.

The ideal candidate will be able to help us:
1.Recruit, hire, train, and retain 6 sales reps and a necessary amount of SDRs who hit quota consistently by December 2021.
2.Grow subscription revenue to true $ 3M + in ARR by December 2021
3.Implement sales process that consistently collects accurate sales KPI metrics through Salesforce reporting tools
4.Implement cross-selling process that has 30% of customers paying more subscription revenue during their first 12 month term
5.Reduce churn to 1% MoM
