Building on our consistent, significant growth over the past 3 years, the next 15 months will be big for us, and we want an Insurance and Software enthusiast to join our team to help us achieve our goals. Your job will be to work with Independent Insurance agencies across the nation to help them Discover inefficiencies in their current process, and making XILO the solution. This data will help drive operational efficiencies, which will allow agencies to save money, time and provide world class shopping experiences for their prospective clients.

Objectives/ Requirements:
Close 8-10 deals a month, while building pipeline to hit or exceed quota monthly. A player, with proven track record of exceeding quota.
- Organized and detail oriented, with experience using Salesforce
-Minimum1-3 years of experience as an account executive. Listen to and empathize with various stakeholders to understand what challenges agencies face when doing their work and going through their sales process.
-Work closely with the Customer Success team to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers, and to see where we can as a company optimize the system and provide more value for our clients.
- Have full understanding of Challenger selling, and have implemented the sales methodolgy in prior positions.
-Minimum 1-3 years of SMB sales experience
-Minimum 1-3 years of SAAS sales experience
