The Role

The Business Development Manager will own and execute the end to end sales process, from prospecting through discovery, solution, deal strategy, and close. This person will develop the sales processes and bring in viable leads for all Prana Wellness services. The Biz Dev Manager will play a key role in monetization and closing prospects. They will be essential in utilizing outbound marketing strategies to gain business traction.
*Employees are offered free yoga and meditation classes

The role is 100% COMMISSION BASED with high growth potential, and earning potential 60-70k. Ideal for a candidate looking for a contract role.

Responsibilities

  • Set a strategic sales roadmap
  • Build out and scale internal sales and closing processes
  • Identify, research, and present strategic leads/potential clients
  • Implement key business development strategies
  • Key participant in the development of client relationships
  • Actively engage audience and potential clients with new package offerings, deals, and events through outbound marketing
  • Act as the first point of contact for new business prospects
  • Move prospects through the top of the sales funnel, by setting up demo sessions
  • Identifying key decision makers within these prospects
  • Identify clients that would be a great fit for Prana’s services
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding and effectively sell the value of all services
  • Conduct high volume of calls and emails to connect with prospects

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of sales cycle, from customer discovery to closing
  • Positive attitude and personable communication skills
  • Ability to enthusiastically reach out and cold-call potential clients to pitch our services, and collect basic info to send to team
  • Ability to confidently convey the value of our services.
  • B2B enterprise closing experience, managing end-to-end sales cycles
  • Experience with startup culture, not required but appreciated
  • Experience in the fitness/wellness industry not required, but a great plus
  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Clear communicator with ability to empathize with customers
