Pay is $12/hr. OR $150 flat bonus if the client closes. Whatever is the higher of the two.

Home Easy is a tech-enabled real estate company that has had a large impact on the luxury multi-family home markets in the Chicago area and we are now expanding to Texas and need help! We provide all leads and do the heavy lifting for you! You can also work remote at times and we can work around your schedule if you have other job commitments.

The job is simple, provide excellent service to our clients and take them to the buildings they want to see. Once you take the client to the building, you will take photos and videos for them and post them in a WhatsApp Group. Continue to do this for all of the scheduled buildings and at the end of the tour have a recap call with the client to get a sense of how they felt about everything. All expenses incurred during the tour will be reimbursed by us (lunch, gas, etc.). In short, you will be a personal driver and act as our clients best friend for the day. Any databases needed to get things done on our end will be paid for by us.

Requirements:

-Must Have a Car and Drivers License

-Basic Area Knowledge for ALL of Houston

-Willing to work weekends

-Be able to work with a team and being responsive on a timely manner

Experience Wanted (but not required):

• 1 year of sales calls or telephone experience.

• Consultative Sales Experience

• Comfortable using all Google services. (Doc, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)

• Can speak Spanish for any clients that my not be comfortable speaking English.
