Responsibilities:
Answering the telephone & transferring to the appropriate party
Processing purchase orders to suppliers
Processing work orders to truckers
Creating bookings with steamlines for international shipments
Processing shipment paperwork
Establish new house truckers
Getting rate quotes from trucking companies
Assisting suppliers & truckers with any concerns regarding shipments
Performing various administrative duties, including (but not limited to) data-entry and record filing

Minimum Qualifications:
Positive attitude & strong work ethic
Highly motivated
Willingness to learn
Great attention to detail
Strong time management skills
Ability to multi-task & meet deadlines
Good customer service & communication skills
60 wpm typing ability & proficient with 10-key
Team player
PC proficient, particularly with Microsoft Office applications (Words, Excel, and Access)
