About the job:

We are adding a People Operations Specialist to our People Development team. This integral role will be focused on our company value of “Put People First” with the primary objective of assisting in continuing to develop our people programs and initiatives that support a strong culture and experience for our employees.

In this role, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing our workplace culture and help drive employee-focused programs. You'll have the chance to blend your knack for data with your people skills to shape our people initiatives and keep our office environment running smoothly. This role is for someone who enjoys making a tangible impact on their colleagues' day-to-day experience and is ready to take on the challenge of fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep our office running smoothly by tracking office supply levels, overseeing the cleanliness of our spaces, and curating a selection of snacks
  • Coordinate the execution of various in-office events, such as happy hours and team on-sites, while prioritizing and enhancing our BID (belonging, inclusion & diversity) events to celebrate our diverse cultures and ERG efforts
  • Ensure the timely delivery and set up of food and beverages for in-office events
  • Build and maintain relationships with local restaurants and caterers to facilitate food deliveries for In-office events
  • Leverage a data-driven approach to delve into employee datasets, extracting meaningful insights and build presentations that help us understand our workforce's experiences, aspirations, and achievements
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform process improvements and drive change management within the People Development team
  • Support existing and new people engagement programs in innovative ways to enhance employee connectivity and satisfaction, leveraging quantitative data and qualitative feedback to identify and act on improvement areas
  • Create relationships with our BID (ERG) Leaders to help share feedback and implement any strategies or ideas
  • Assist with our annual engagement survey process and any pulse surveys throughout the year including the development of follow-up feedback sessions and development of response plans
  • Collaborate with other members of the People Development team and support concurrent projects
  • Help maintain our people systems/tools to ensure our policies, procedures, and tools are continually improved and updated

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: People Operations, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or Project Management
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills required
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace tools, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides
  • Demonstrates an interest in data analysis and a desire to grow this skillset
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple priorities successfully
  • A collaborative team player who has well-developed interpersonal skills and thrives in a team environment
  • An effective and fast problem resolver with the ability to make sound suggestions on the fly with the ability to be resourceful and make decisions quickly
  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to effectively collaborate with team members from global regions
  • Knowledge of HR systems such as BambooHR, PrestigePEO, and Calamari a plus but not required

At LiveIntent, we've introduced a hybrid workplace model to be present with one another, share learnings and collaborate through in-office partnerships. Our office is located at One World Trade Center, with easy transportation access and incredible NYC skyline views. For this role, you'll need to join us in the office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday), but not every week is needed, you'll also get at least one “Work from Anywhere” week each month to enjoy some flexibility.

The base salary for this position begins at $70,000 with a maximum salary opportunity of $90,000. When determining compensation for roles, we look at the qualifications needed for the position along with the mix of required and preferred skills/experiences, market data, and existing team equity. We rarely hire an individual into a position at the top of the salary band due to the belief that we are hiring people into roles that also challenge them to learn and grow. The band highlights that potential. We put an emphasis on growth and development through our performance and compensation reviews 2x a year in parallel with ongoing conversions with your manager throughout the year.
