The Role

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will report into the Chief People Officer (CPO) and will own and execute the People Analytics strategy to ensure the quality and efficacy of organizational and people insights based on both quantitative as well as qualitative data. This role will work in full partnership with the People leadership team and key stakeholders across the business to deliver meaningful insights and analytics to our leaders, using best practices and governance to protect our data and enable the accomplishment of business objectives.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Provide direction and guidance to the People Analytics team to ensure that resources and tools are supported to deliver the breadth of People Analytics activities in conjunction with trusted external vendors.
  • Provide strategic support to the People function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced predictive analytic capabilities.
  • Consult with business leaders and participate in strategic business initiatives to identify opportunities for workforce related data and insight that enable decisions, predict, and measure business impact, improve performance.
  • Develop and lead effective People Analytics projects demonstrating both project management discipline and effective project team leadership, as well as skillful stakeholder management.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional peers to align on data, systems, and technology when it comes to the People Analytics domain and how that integrates with the wider enterprise data strategy and approach
  • Partner across the People function to develop a standard set of key performance indicators, robust self-service reporting capability and manager dashboards.
  • Transform large amounts of data into compelling visual stories to facilitate analysis and business decision-making, using data visualization tools. Ensure that the information is presented in a visually clear, concise, and business-relevant manner to senior leadership level stakeholders.
  • Ensure all People data privacy processes and procedures are in place with a regular cadence to monitor and protect employee data and ensure it meets the highest ethical and professional standards.

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • Master's Degree or equivalent in relevant HR / Data and Analytics disciplines (e.g. Organizational or Social Science such as IO Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Behavioral Economics, etc., or in a Data Science / Analytics related discipline)
  • 10+ years of work experience within the field of Data & Analytics and/or Human Resource Management, with considerable experience of designing and delivering high impact analytical projects and solutions
  • Experience and expertise in Employee Listening as well as Strategic Workforce Planning, in addition to other People Analytics subject matter expertise
  • Track record of partnering with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating these into effective People Analytics initiatives that improve the quality of decision making
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and act with autonomy, able to create clarity for self and others when there is complexity and uncertainty
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proven ability to develop highly effective relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge and understanding of a wide range of analytical systems and technologies, applied to the realm of people and organizational data
  • Ability to tell powerful stories from complex data and concepts which effectively engage others and result in better decision making
  • Values-driven, high personal integrity and ethical orientation, ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and safeguard sensitive and highly confidential data at all times

Base Salary: $287,100.00 to $373,100.00

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
