The Role

We’re seeking a Talent Sourcer / Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing team! This is a new role within the company - a function of our continued growth! As we’re at a very dynamic phase of our evolution, to be successful, you must be comfortable operating in flexible “start-up” mode to support building our stellar team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently and creatively source a strong pipeline of candidates for open positions across the business: engineering, product, GTM, operations, etc.
  • Quickly earn the confidence of Hiring Managers to promote open information sharing as role scopes are defined at the beginning of the hiring process
  • Find opportunities to streamline processes, create efficiencies, and improve our talent acquisition function’s overall productivity
  • Coordinate a positive candidate experience, from start to finish, as talent moves through the stages of our hiring process
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws in all of your touchpoints with our candidate pipeline
  • Maintain a very clear and current understanding of Leverage’s business so that you may be an effective spokesperson for the company in the talent market
  • Assist team with ad-hoc reporting, special projects, and programs as requested
  • A genuine passion for emerging technologies and a deep understanding of tech trends

Requirements:

  • 2-4+ years of experience sourcing exceptional candidates in a variety of job functions, including Technical and GTM roles
  • Previous experience seeing a start up through a phase of monumental growth
  • LinkedIn Recruiter & Greenhouse experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree

The base salary range for this role is between $90k - $120k. The actual salary offered will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, and the successful candidate's overall fit within our organization and total package will include components such as benefits and stock options.
