The Opportunity
CariClub is looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy Community Manager who’s passionate about people, data, and harnessing technology for good. As a Community Manager, you’ll help our members find the perfect nonprofit for them to get involved with, analyze member data and create reports, and work with our clients to ensure that goals are being met. This role is core to CariClub's overall mission.
An ideal candidate would be passionate about all aspects of community management including creating quantitative engagement reports, designing marketing emails, executing launch plans, hosting webinars, and always thinking of new ways to keep our community engaged. We are looking for someone who has excellent analytical and data skills, loves designing aesthetic communication material, is process-oriented, has careful attention to detail, is highly proficient with adopting and using new technology, and is always looking to improve. CariClub is at an inflection point for acceleration and there is a huge opportunity for career advancement as the organization grows.
Experiences Required: Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge
- You have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of STEM
- You are an excellent communicator (written, verbal, and design skills), with demonstrable customer communication and coordination efforts, and the ability to take complex technical ideas and translate them to non-technical stakeholders. Introverts should not rule themselves out!
- You are a natural problem solver, with a high level of intellectual curiosity, and love working amongst a team to solve those problems.
- You are able to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, and collaborative environment.
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy; advanced knowledge of excel/google sheets required.
- You have some working knowledge of HTML/CSS, SQL, Python or any programming language, Microsoft Excel, Data Visualization Tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio), and Photoshop, Figma, and Illustrator
What you’ll be doing
- Use CRM tools to track and update the progress of CariClub members so that monthly client reports are detailed, informative, and accurate
- Analyze member data, including placement progress, platform usage, engagement stats, etc. and create easy to understand reports in google sheets and slides
- Work directly with members to match them to nonprofits they’re passionate about and help them apply to and join the associate board
- Design email campaigns, host webinars, conduct office hours and facilitate phone/email conversations with members to accelerate nonprofit board applications
- Use design tools to create eye-pleasing marketing materials, 1-pagers, and content for email campaigns
- Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their partnership with CariClub, utilize all of their licenses, and receive monthly reports
- Collaborate with all CariClub teams to ensure successful client adoption and renewal
- Develop, modify and implement launch plans for our new and renewing clients
- Host webinars and office hours with CariClub members to ensure their experience of finding and applying to nonprofit associate boards is smooth
- Support members via phone and email, ensuring a seamless CariClub experience
- Work collaboratively with the product team to relay feedback that will help to improve the online experience of our members
- Use technology, data, and other online tools to improve the efficiency of matching and placement

Compensation
Compensation is commensurate with the position’s requirements and the applicant's experience (full-time roles only). In a performance-based environment, this will include a base salary and a possible stakeholder position in the Company.
