Decentralized Solutions Infrastructure Developer/ Solutions Architect

Position Overview:
As a Decentralized Solutions Infrastructure Developer/Solutions Architect at VPLAY, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our decentralized data platform and NFT marketplace infrastructure. You will leverage decentralized technologies and distributed node networks to drive innovation in the blockchain gaming industry, ensuring scalability, security, and performance while promoting decentralization.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and design the infrastructure for VPLAY's decentralized data platform and NFT marketplace, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and decentralization.
• Develop and implement distributed node solutions using blockchain technology and decentralized protocols to support data storage, processing, and transactional capabilities.
• Collaborate with software engineers, blockchain developers, and data scientists to integrate decentralized solutions and smart contracts into the platform architecture.
• Lead the implementation of decentralized identity and access management solutions to ensure security and privacy of user data and transactions.
• Define and enforce best practices for decentralized data management, encryption, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of decentralized systems to ensure optimal resource utilization and response times for critical services.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to decentralized networks, blockchain consensus mechanisms, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of decentralized innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing decentralized systems architecture, preferably in the blockchain or decentralized finance (DeFi) domain.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized networks, and consensus mechanisms such as proof of stake (PoS) and delegated proof of stake (DPoS).
• Experience with decentralized storage solutions such as IPFS (InterPlanetary File System) and decentralized identity and access management (IAM) protocols.
• Proficiency in smart contract development using languages such as Solidity and familiarity with Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and other blockchain platforms.
• Hands-on experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, decentralized exchanges (DEXs), and liquidity pools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for decentralized innovation and empowerment.

Timeline:
We anticipate this engagement to begin as soon as possible, with an initial focus on scoping and planning the decentralized infrastructure development efforts. The timeline for project completion will be defined based on the complexity and scope of the work.
