Frontend Angular Developer

*Position Summary *

The Unleash live development team drives the product strategy forward across device hardware, chipsets, compute modules, networking, cloud infrastructure and responsive UI. You will build, maintain and scale our world class Angular and Material Design front end for desktop and mobile PWA, as well as work closely with the engineering teams to define what new features and systems need to get built.

Candidates will work with designers, developers and business stakeholders to bring to life the user experience, working in an agile manner.

Responsibilities
Working with designers to bring a delightful customer interface to enterprises
Extend an existing platform’s feature set and maintenance
Designing and implementing creative solutions to data modeling, storage, API design and more
Ensuring high performance on mobile (PWA) and desktop browser environments
Cooperating with back-end developers
A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and a passion for building quality products
Leading and mentoring frontend engineers

Experience

Essential
Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
Ideally, a Github page with contributions to open source software
Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
Understanding of layout aesthetics, including Material Design
Experience withe with distributed source code version systems and issue triage platforms such as GitHub
Familiar with clean code principles

Desirable
Good verbal and written skills
Passionate about the AI and digital media industry
Savvy, with a love of problem solving and the ability to think outside the box
Friendly, approachable and enthusiastic
Owns a camera and works with Adobe Photo or Video editing software, a bonus

Experience with AWS

Technical Skills Essential
Proven track record with Javascript, Angular 2+, NodeJS ecosystem and TypeScript
Fluent in CSS 2.1 and Flexbox
Proven experience with reactive state management frameworks

Technical Skills Desirable
Practical knowledge of Storybook workflow and TDD
Understanding of AWS architecture
Familiar with video live streaming browser concepts
Experience with WebAssembly
Experience with WebRTC
