Backend Developer - Contract - PT

An exciting Backend Developer position has become available with the first super intelligent conversational accounting software startup. As a Backend Developer, you will:

• Research best practices for the backend architecture based on requirements

• Develop server-side logics, definition, databases, and ensure its high performance and responsiveness

• Perform testing, bug identification, bug fixes, and optimisation

• Continually analyse ways to increase system speed and scalability.

• Implement security and data protection measures

• Design and implement data storage solutions as the software product scales with more user types and information.

You will have the following skills:

• At least 2+ years of experience in backend development

• Experience in MySQL, Python, Node.js, RESTful services, AWS and Git.

• Demonstrated capability of developing complex algorithms

• Sound experience of software development, data structures and agile methodologies.
