The successful applicant will be developing backend software, with some minor frontend work done. This will involve:

• Deploying and scaling APIs, web services, and websites
• Setting up security infrastructure, access controls, management of certificates, and API keys
• Working with a mix of local, cloud (AWS), and space infrastructure
• Some software architecture and product management work
• Setting up continuous integration, auto testing, and general devops

We are seeking a candidate with skills in Python web development with Flask or Django and REST API architectures, as well as strong knowledge with AWS. Work hours are flexible, and work from home arrangements may be made. We are offering up to $150,000 annual salary package including stock options.

• Have 1+ years relevant experience working with web applications at scale
• Possess strong organisational skills
