The Role

Are you eloquent in your articulation and confident in both written and verbal communication? Are you a true hospitalian with extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry and a thorough understanding of the various hotel operations? Are you passionate about international relations, connecting cultures, and helping others? Then this position is exactly what you are looking for!

As Sales & Marketing Director for the Europe market you will be the main point of contact for our potential candidates and are responsible to guide them to the most suitable and beneficial programs. You will be acting as a career coach and human resource counselor, providing candidates with expert advice on which career development opportunities they should seize in order to achieve their professional goals. You will be actively supplying the worldwide best luxury hotels and restaurants with dynamic talents to assist them in their operations.

andle daily administrative tasks and take initiative in supporting candidates as well as other team members through all possible challenges they might be facing. Adaptability is essential and problem solving is a daily activity as you will be putting out figurative fires whenever they occur. Organize your time efficiently and set personal deadlines to achieve your targets. Handle our sales software and continuously analyze & monitor your KPIs to ultimately improve your sales numbers and achieve increasingly more success.

You will form long-lasting relations with your candidates and ensure that they will achieve their dreams of taking their career abroad. Provide personalized service, adapt to different situations on a daily basis and assist young professionals in gaining a life changing experience. You are responsible that the candidates are successful in achieving their goals by going out of your way to assist, encourage and support them however you see fit!

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development & (Digital) Marketing or similar positions - preferably management experience
Ability to inspire your team to achieve increasingly better results
Fluent level of English, Spanish is a valuable plus
Great command of MS Office applications
Leadership and soft skills are very important
Expertise with HubSpot or any similar CRM tool is required
Experience in marketing tools such as SEO and SEM, social media, PR, and email marketing
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Being a real Team Leader and Hospitalian at heart
Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
Ability to Create and Analyze Data sets and produce Dashboards
Sales-oriented profile, competitive and resilient character
Passionate about hospitality
Legal documentation to work and reside in Spain is absolutely required (assistance provided)
Exceptional attention to detail, good multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize
Knowledge in (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases and MS Office, Analyzes A/B and Multi-variate tests, communication results and provide recommendations.

Responsibilities

Represent the 3 main brands of The Placement International Group in a professional manner and promote our brands and values diligently
Be the primary point of contact for candidates after being selected for our programs
Develop strategies to maintain and grow partnerships with universities
Organize & assist in recruitment fairs and virtual recruitment events
Offer guidance on Placement International’s exciting programs
Host Virtual Events and presentations for all kinds of audiences
Analyze prospective markets and assist in developing recruitment strategies
Responsible for tracking candidates and ensuring payments are received on a weekly basis
Possess excellent time management, provide professional customer service at all times, and be able to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities at once
Utilize HubSpot and CRM to track & process candidates efficiently
Creating and administering effective marketing campaigns to increase awareness
Read and interpret digital data to help businesses and marketing departments make a better business decision
Verify the creation of stunning & professional promotional material for our programs
Monitor budget distribution and targeted performance of paid ad campaigns (FB/IG)
Monitor and reporting on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement to track the success of our marketing efforts
Generate pertinent performance reports and develop strategies to seize opportunities and overcome challenges
