We are a startup at the early pre seed stage, looking for a PROJECT MANAGER and the to build together our fast growing startup.
If you love working with early stage startups, brainstorming, solutions oriented, finding new ways of increasing profitability, organising things and planning the expansion, then this job is for you.

THE PERFECT FIT:

You live in Madrid, Spain
You speak good English, Spanish (Portuguese or French is a plus)
You are good at sales, making bookings,appointments, finding partners
You are highly organized and structured and thoughtful with strong customer service skills
You’re always one step ahead, noticing every small detail
You’re data driven, and thrive in a fast paced start-up environment
You have a capacity to communicate effectively with different stakeholders in a structured manner;
You are able to create trusting relationships at all levels
You are diligent, self-starter who uses emotional and cultural intelligence to intuit needs
Must be highly competent with a range of modern communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Talk to clients and partners
Arrange meeting with possible clients and partners
Prepare expense reports for the projects, vendor invoicing paperwork, and purchase requisitions, including monthly expense reconciliation and on-demand expense reports
Perform market researches
Search for new candidates to the team for this project
Prepare procedures and trainings
Organizing events, facilitating agendas, preparing materials, and ensuring the availability of attendees
