Project Associate - Barcelona

We are looking for a number of Associates to join our project team, supporting our clients on interesting projects around the world. In 2021 we expect to grow significantly, seeing our revenues increase by 300%, and we need ambitious people to help us.

The role is great for people who enjoy learning, communicating and building relationships and those who want to propel their career through hard work, early responsibilities and teamwork. Based in the heart of Barcelona, you will be working with people from around Europe.

Languages are a bonus, but certainly not a requirement. We are looking for people we want to work with, who bring something different to the company and will help drive us forward.

About the Role:
Project Associates help their clients build micro-networks around specific projects.

Project Associates work with clients to help them build teams of experts and advisors around specific projects. This includes helping them use our platform’s tools to source their own experts as well as engaging experts on their behalf.

The role involves:

• Understanding what your users are trying to achieve
• Researching their problem
• Identifying people who can help with their problem
• Engaging those people and onboarding them onto the platform
• Supporting the customer and expert to build strong relationships
• Over time, the role evolves into a user management and later an account management position as you build up stronger relationships with your clients. It can be challenging, at times reasonably demanding but also very rewarding from a learning and financial perspective.
