Lead Proudies Studio

Proudies is a young Amsterdam-based Agetech start-up, on a mission to make joy, inspiration and connection accessible to retirees.
To date, the tech sector in particular has chronically overlooked this big, growing and important section of the market. It’s time to do better and create products specifically designed for this amazing demographic. With our team we are starting a movement to go from boredom and dissatisfaction to an inspiring and joyful retirement.

Proudies is looking for a story-teller, a pro-active team lead who is responsible for bringing ideas to life. You will be responsible for the successful creation and launching of all our products. Your role will be to lead the Proudies Studio and work alongside our production crew to create and deliver high quality content primarily for our members on the platform.

In This Role You Will

• Set up a efficient and effective roadmap to launch new products.
• Manage and oversee end to end delivery from finding experts, creative brief, shoot pre-production, to release of assets to our platform and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with our Community Management Team to translate our members needs in high quality content.
• Collaborate closely with our Marketing Team to deliver cohesive visuals across the various social media and platform.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Experience in content creation and video production
• Solid project management skills
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to work at pace
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and remain calm under pressure
• Creative, innovative and willing to contribute ideas and professional opinion
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines and changing priorities
• Effective and efficient communication skills
• Open minded with a sense of humor and fun
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English
