Product Owner

We're looking for technical PO’s with strong analytical skills. You will have TRUE end-
to-end responsibility, constantly improving and enhancing the product with your team. This role is all about bringing the roadmap to live, taking accountability for the delivery.

We are a fast-paced startup in the Netherlands, enabling access to web3 by bridging the world of Fiat Currencies (Euro, Dollars, etc.) with the world of Cryptocurrencies.

🔥 🚀 We are building the best interface for fiat-to-crypto conversions.

We provide an embeddable widget and API for trading platforms, apps and websites so their users can buy cryptocurrencies. We partner with the best fiat-to-crypto payment gateways and present them in a single plug-in for crypto-platforms such as wallets, DeFi apps and trading platforms. Their users can then buy crypto easily in-platform when needed. This is one of the most important intersections for web3/meta.

Our offices are at the beautiful Herengracht, in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

You will:

• Fill the gap between business and technology, participate in the creation of the product roadmap together with the CTO & Product lead to translate the product roadmap into execution.
• Own the execution and delivery of the product roadmap, and communicate the needs of engineering team to head of engineering
• Organize to refine actionable user stories, prioritize the user stories, and arrange them in the product backlog.
• Prioritize feature requests, stories and bugs with input from the product lead and helps team deliver effectively.
• Attend all agile and scrum meetings to ensure that development work is aligned with the roadmap.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience conceptually translating business to technical solutions – driving the technical discussions within your team;
• must be a natural planner/organiser, who can ensure accountability with attention to detail
• 4+ years of product experience (as product owner or product manager), preferably in a start-up environment (with an engineering team between 10 and 40 people)
• 2+ years of experience as engineer, with a strong understanding of APIs and technical integrations from an engineering background, preferably in JS & AWS stack (nodeJS, typescript, react)
• 1+ years of professional experience within the crypto, fintech or payments space
• Experience in remote-first organizations
