In our “hotels”, we use cutting-edge technology and digital processes to reduce operational costs. We give these savings back to our customers through large rooms, the best locations, and the highest quality materials.
Charly acquires unique and charming small hotels, revitalizes and renovates them with passion and a contemporary, high-quality interior, and operates them for its guests with the typical Charly touch. We see ourselves in the hotelier role more as your personal travel buddy, making sure you have a great stay on site. At the same time, we would like to grow as Charly and are therefore looking for enthusiastic philanthropists who are keen to welcome enthusiastic Charly guests at many different locations.

What you will do

• Develop and discuss strategic (tech) initiatives, create the roadmap & help shape the future of Charly
• Define, develop and implement technical implementations and create in cross-functional collaboration with the whole team the best Charly customer journey possible
• Ensure that our infrastructure and code is secure, resilient, scalable, and in line with regulations
• Identify new product opportunities and improve existing product features and functionalities in line with the CJ and operational requirements
• Work directly with the co-founders to Manage, collaborate and find the right setup out of freelancers, partners and inhouse talents to increase capacity

What we require

• Self-starter mentality and the ambition to create Charly’s digital product vision
• Customer-First Mindset in combination with technical understanding of a software product and enjoyment in finding the perfect customer journey in the needs of Charly’s Customer
• Your are well aware about the “Tech stack” understanding and have a broad understanding for databases
• Experience and familiarity with multiple programming languages
• At least 3 years of product management/engineering experience with the focus in leading a team throughout projects.
