Intro
Beyond Pay is a HR tech startup. We are in the stage of solution validation and in search of two (co-founder) roles:
HR background person
SaaS programmer (front and/or back-end)
Who you are
Co-Founder – HR Background
You will be our domain expert in HR field. You will bring your HR experience and will either build or be part of developing the marketing strategy to fit the market need.
You are ex-HR or Payroll professional with over 5 years of experience, ideally (but not limited to) in the areas of HR Business Partner / Compensation & Benefits / Payroll

We live in the Randstad area in The Netherlands so ideally you live there too. Otherwise, same time zone or +/- 1 hour will be ok.

We are 2 ex-corporate professionals with 10 years’ work experience (each) who are passionate about making a difference to the employment world.
Whilst working in big corporates, we got very frustrated with the tools and processes used in HR & Employment.
We both have a business background therefore the need for others to compliment our skillset.
