Role requirements
● Reports directly to the CEO
● Proven track record launching B2C products
● Ready to lead product development (front-end, back-end, design teams)
● Real ‘product CEO’, with the vision and roadmap for the future
● Ability to play voice of the customer (focus groups, interviews, surveys etc.)
● Has the soft skills to bring together back-end, front-end and design teams
● Experienced project management (e.g. in Jira, prioritization & resource allocation)
● Experienced with A/B testing
● Resilient autodidact
● Team player who takes care of his/her team and guards the culture
● Previous strategy consulting experience (McK, BCG, Bain) is a bonus
● History as a (failed/successful) entrepreneur is a bonus
● MBA/CFA degrees are seen as a bonus

Location
● Amsterdam, Houthavens. Remote is not possible for this role.

Reward structure
● Base salary fitting to the company stage
● End of year bonus as variable component
● SARS/equity based on performance
