Position Summary:
The BDR will be reporting to the BDR Manager and is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new leads to support the US-time zone Business Dev.
Job Type: Full-time / Remote (Night Shift)
Responsibilities:
-Engage prospects online through social media outlets and cold calls.
-Navigating corporate structures to ascertain who the buyers and decision maker are.
-Work in cooperation with the US Business Development team to schedule introductory calls with qualified leads.
-Manage, track and report daily prospecting and lead generation activities to the BDR Manager.
-Take appropriate action to forward the lead if an opportunity is identified for another sales area.
Requirements:
-At least 2 SOLID YEARS of experience in lead generation and appointment setting through LINKEDIN and COLD EMAILS. Please don't apply if you don't have any.
-If you have a background with Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence, that will be a plus!
-Someone who knows how to create scripts and personalize cadences.
-Expertise with LinkedIn Salesnav, Apollo and SUGAR CRM.
-Fluent in English, with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and comprehension skills.
-Ability to overcome objections and deal effectively with rejection, while remaining personable.
-Positive attitude and temperament to accept coaching.
-Great interpersonal skills / team player.
-Online internet research skills and working experience with online networking sites.
