Role Overview:

We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, securing new partnerships, and closing deals. You will be in charge of leading (by example) and eventually coaching the sales department that you will help build to achieve their quotas.

As a Sales Representative, you are expected to fulfill the following:

  • Understanding our value proposition, and being able to communicate it clearly while having an understanding of Assisted Living Magazine’s vision in the industry;
  • Assisting families in navigating the process of selecting appropriate senior living options with empathy and expertise;
  • Maintaining open and effective communication with families, addressing concerns, and providing timely updates;
  • Collaborate with partner communities to foster positive relationships, staying informed about available options and ensuring the best fit for families; and
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and senior living options to provide informed and personalized support to families.

Ideal Sales Representative should have:

  • Compassionate and empathetic approach towards seniors and their families;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, nurture relationships, and strong presentation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Comfort with technology and a willingness to embrace digital tools for streamlined communication and information sharing;
  • Knowledge of senior living options and related services is a plus; and
  • Experience in Hubspot (preferred but not required).
