What you’ll do
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is responsible for seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers through inbound and outbound efforts. You will be working with key stakeholders in sales and marketing to maintain our CRM and to develop and execute strategies to create top-of-funnel demand. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage marketing and sales skills.
We’ll ask you to
- Generate outbound leads by contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Identify leads from marketing campaigns to develop as sales opportunities
- Implement email pitches and call scripts to improve leads generated
- Drive Link’s revenue goals by achieving targets and KPIs
- Keep our CRM, Hubspot, healthy by updating targets, adding new leads, updating contacts, and performing overall maintenance of our sales data
Who we’re looking for
- University degree
- 2+ years experience as an SDR or similar inside sales role
- Proficiency with a CRM tool, preferably Hubspot
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Quick learner with an ability work well under pressure
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Interest and/or experience in digital identity, cybersecurity, or fintech a plus
