Technical Product Specialist

Eversound is growing and adding a Product Specialist to our team. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for defining and streamlining processes of our products and services. You will work cross-functionally with other teams to prioritize issues and identify how to resolve them, and communicate key takeaways to product & engineering and other cross-functional partners to shape product direction.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in Eversound’s software technology services and products.
• Enable the community success team by coming up with creative solutions to solve problems of various user personas. You obsess over the success of your colleagues.
• Maintain training and process documentation for various products.
• Communicate and coordinate with multiple teams (including customer success, marketing, and accounting) to understand and accommodate various business needs and constraints.
• Recommend and implement tools to help automate processes.
• Collaborate with Product Management to shape, support, and execute product goals that positively impact the user experience.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in IT support services, managing information systems or tech operations with a passion for a career in Product Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology management, MIS or a related field.
• Experience prioritizing competing demands in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem solver with experience breaking down complex issues into component parts to develop solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare/audiology
• Experience with telehealth
• Experience in a tech start-up environment
