Director of Education

Boost MBA is on a mission to democratize higher education, starting with the MBA. Boost provides a proprietary business administration curriculum as well as professional networking opportunities through its online cohort program.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Director of Education to focus on three key areas:

1. Pedagogy: Develop a unique and proprietary pedagogy that makes Boost the absolute best place for acquiring business skills. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating new learning experiences and be knowledgeable about the latest research and trends in the field.

2. Curriculum: Manage and scale the production of content in close collaboration with the founders. We are looking for someone who has experience developing educational content, particularly in the business, management, and leadership areas. Experience building and leading teams is an added plus!

3. Strategy: Significantly contribute to the long-term company roadmap. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit and is excited about joining Boost as a late cofounder to build and launch the business school of the future.

This is a pivotal role and we are looking for someone who is eager to work closely with the company founders, build a spectacular curriculum and student experience, contribute to the strategic roadmap, and build a team from the ground up.
