Product Manager

We are expanding our product and technology investments and seeking an experienced Product Manager, to join our team. You will work design and implement scalable solutions to address gaps in the Enterprise Risk Management marketplace.

Your responsibilities will include the following:
• Perform assessments to identify the needs of the client
• Determine possible solutions to the client’s problem
• Develop a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the product and ability to scale
• Test the solution on a small group to assess effectiveness before full-scale implementation
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across functions on product strategy and requirements
• Manage communications with senior internal stakeholders and clients
• Write requirements and stories, oversee UX/UI designs in close coordination with the development team
• Leverage various analytics through tools such as Google Analytics to understand client usage/engagement
• Working with key stakeholders, develop and train clients and internal teams on new products
• Keep abreast of the competitive landscape and follow technology trends

Qualifications and Attributes

• 3+ years of experience in product development in a technology and/ or consulting company
• Working knowledge of SaaS technical issues (e.g., configuration, integration, etc.)
• Extensive experience with B2B web and mobile based products
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to manage an Agile development process with a distributed team
• Strong analytical skills
• Methodical and collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Ability to thrive in an environment with continuous development and deployments
