Product Manager

Fulled by advancements in cognitive and convrsationl AI, we are at a tipping point for Voice technology. Yobe takes an innovative approach to the extraction of perceptual information from voice in noisy environments (our solution for the Cocktail Party Problem). In short, Yobe’s AI-powered solution mimic’s the Human Auditory System by identifying unique biometrics within a noisy intake signal to identify and track individual voices. We are looking for a Product Manager to help execute our aggressive product strategy.

We are looking for a team member who has:

• Been a Product Manager before, ideally with 5+ years of experience and a title of PM, Senior PM, or more.
• Experience creating a product from scratch.
• (vs. running an up-and-running product (in maintenance mode).
• Built products that developers integrate into their offerings.
• Substantial early-stage experience. Several years at a company or two with sub-50 people would be ideal.

Some of the competencies we are looking for are:

• Experience in crafting strategy, developing & refining a product roadmap, and delivering products to market in an agile, iterative process
• Proven collaboration with engineering, design, and other internal stakeholders to deliver on a product roadmap
• Proven ability to define, monitor, and analyze metrics for launched products, and feed learnings back into the development process
• Expertise in product discovery, including incremental de-risking through research, prototyping, and early product exploration where appropriate
• Comfortable evangelizing and advocating for the product roadmap both internally and externally
• Sense of urgency and ability to get things done in a dynamic, growth-stage company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements.

• 5 Years of experience
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Statistics or equivalent experience
• Recognized as a collaborative and influential leader; a great partner to all functions
• Strong track record of owning end-to-end initiatives and launching impactful products
• Exceptional product sense and strategic thinking
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Voice or Audio market background is a plus but not specifically required.
