We are looking for an HR Recruiter with a Minimum experience of 2 years in CORE RECRUITMENT. The candidate will be responsible for talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Managing end to end Recruitment cycle which involves sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
● Posting Job Descriptions on various job portals, careers page, and other social networking channels.
● Sourcing resumes through various channels like job portals, LinkedIn, Social networking sites and references.
● Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
● Following up on the interview process status.
● Usage of different sourcing channels effectively to create a relevant candidate database.
Skills Checklist:
● Excellent communication skills.
● Prior experience of 2+ years in IT & Non-IT Recruitment.
● Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, resume databases & sourcing techniques is an advantage.
