HR Recruiter

Job description:

The HR Recruiter would be responsible for sourcing candidates online/walk-ins for India hiring and Middle East hiring, updating job ads and making a proper database to maintain above 25-30 hirings by month end. Cold Calling candidates to cover up the urgent needs of the companies impaneled with us.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions with good networking skills
• Make jobseekers available for the particular job opening aligned with them
• Line up 50 + candidates on a monthly bases for lateral and middle-level positions
• Make posters to be shared with other staff for upcoming or urgent Job Openings
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails and maintain existing joinings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resource
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets

Salary up to 20,000/- INR plus Incentives
Location : Janakpuri
Time : 9:30am-6:30 pm
Mon - Sat
