Indus OS is a home-grown mobile platform that enables content and app discovery for users, app developers, and OEMs. It is specifically designed and developed for the unique needs and diverse lingual preferences of smartphone users in emerging markets like India.
Indus OS aims to shoulder India into a new digital age by bridging the barriers between app developers and smartphone users and offering a personalized mobile experience
You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team & will be responsible for attracting great talent to Indus OS.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Implement and facilitate sourcing strategy through sourcing candidates using various methodologies and channels.
• Ensure continuous flow of candidates to proactively meet recruitment demands
• Participate and support in any recruitment events (college recruitment, mass hiring recruitments, etc) and help set-up
• Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Maintain a quick turnaround while closing the open roles.
• Comfortable with niche hiring & critical search assignments.
• Providing Qualitative Candidates to stakeholders within the Stipulated Time Frame.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 Years of experience in hiring for core tech roles like Backend, Frontend, QA, Product, Design & Data.
• Prior experience in hiring for Internet Product companies required to qualify for this role
• Well versed in candidate search engine systems, sourcing tools and hiring metrics reporting.
• Strong English communication skills both oral and written
• Ability to communicate at various levels in the organization with strong stakeholder management
