Job Summary
Recruiter job will include responsibilities like screening resumes, performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates, administering appropriate company assessments etc.
Job Description
Responsibilities:

• Partnering with HR Manager and Hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Working with organization's recruitment plan.
• Executing recruitment plans efficiently.

• Drafting and posting job descriptions.
• Screening Resumes, through ATS and other Job boards.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers and the HR Manager.
• Administering appropriate company assessments.
• Making recommendations to company hiring managers
• Completing timely reports on employment activity
• Following up on the interview process status
• Ensuring that staffing goals are achieved.
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
• Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and state laws regarding employment practices
• Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
• Developing your own network of suitable candidates.

• Networking with various institutions and social media.

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience as a recruiter.
• MBA in Human resources or related.
• Strong knowledge of hiring process.
• Experience on Application Tracking system.
• Knowledge on end-to-end recruitment.
• Proficient in M.S. Office Suite (Excel, MS Word, PPT, Forms, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work with Target Based Role
• Knowledge on head hunting through own sources.
• Excellent record keeping.
• Handle heavy call volume.
• Ability to work in a start-up, fast-paced environment
