*What you will do *
- Participate in innovative sourcing strategies that deliver an always-on pipeline of quality hires that reflects our communities
- Manage the full candidate journey, with a focus on providing a great candidate experience
- Build and manage networks and talent pools of high caliber Tech candidates by utilizing an array of tools at your disposal
- Constant engagement with the Tech talent community - screening, sourcing, attending events, etc
- Work on competency mapping & market analysis. Innovate new ways to retain talent
- Extensive use of hiring tools and other platforms to engage and hire candidates as most of the roles are niches, high-end technology, and at the leadership level
What do we need
- Must have experience recruiting roles in Non IT
- Ideally around 2 years experience in recruitment, agency or internal.
- Adaptability - has the ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing start-up environment
- Strong communicator - can effectively and confidently communicate to all levels of the business
- Initiative - able to work independently and find the best way to get results
Preferred qualifications:
1 -2years of full-cycle recruiting experience, working on compensation packages or related negotiation experience.
